What to bring on pickup day
- A valid driving licence.
- ID: national ID card or passport.
- A card in your name for the security deposit and the balance.

Frequently asked questions
How do I book?
Choose the dates and the car, see the full price and pay the deposit online by card. The booking is confirmed right then and you get an email with everything: dates, pickup place, what you paid and what's left.
How much do I pay today and how much at pickup?
Today you pay only the deposit: 20% of the rental. You pay the rental balance at the counter when you pick up the car, and leave the security deposit there too; it's returned when you hand the car back in the same condition.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the link in your booking, without calling anyone. If you cancel more than 72 hours before pickup, the deposit goes back to the same card.
What do I need to pick up the car?
Your valid driving licence, your ID (national ID card or passport) and the card you'll leave the security deposit with. Minimum age and mileage are on each car's page.
Is the car yours?
Yes. You rent directly from the company that owns the fleet: the price you see is ours, with no middlemen or third-party fees.
